Vinification: The vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta do Serrado and Quinta do Mosteiro. All the grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, they have been combined to give rise to this superior quality wine, which has aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Color: inky ruby
Aroma: Good combination of ripe fruit wrapped in wood.
Flavor: Soft, elegant and very attractive. Fine tannins, good texture and excellent acidity.
Service Temperature: 16ºC - 18ºC
Ageing Potential: 8 to 10 Years
