Vinification: Vintage during the 3rd week of August. The grapes are pressed directly with destemming without crushing, 48 hours of cold decanting; alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel vats of small capacity and part in new French Allier oak barrels, at temperature of 16ºC for 16 days.
Tasting Note: It reveals very fine aromas with tropical notes and some mineral. In the mouth it presents an enveloping structure, with a fine acidity well framed that gives this wine a good freshness and a long finish.
Gastronomic Suggestions: It goes well with grilled fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at temperature of 12ºC.
