Vinification: Vinification takes place from the selection of grapes created at Quinta das Braceiras. All grapes are hand-picked, harvested at the ideal time of maturation. This wine was made using the direct oxidation method, then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with weekly bâttonage.
Sensory Analysis:
Color: opaque citrine
Aroma: Green fruit, lively notes of plum, green vegetable, a fresh and direct wine.
Flavor: Well structured in the mouth, very lively acidity, greedy, volume on point for an immediate tasting.
Service Temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC
Ageing Potential: 3 to 5 Years
Recommended dishes: White meats, salads, seafood and fresh fish.
