Grape Varieties: Castelão, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah
Vinification: Total destemming followed by cold crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control for 7 days, and daily manual pumping over. Malolactic fermentation followed. It aged on fine lees in French oak for 6 months.
Tasting Note: 
Color: Red-purple with dense center.
Aroma: Intense with notes of ripe red and black fruit (plum), integrated with hints of spice and vanilla.
Palate: Ripe black fruit flavors, good acidity and very good structure. Evident but silky tannins. Complex and balanced set. Long and pleasant finish, with obvious smoky notes.
Gastronomic Suggestion: Roast Veal, Filet Mignon, Port Secrets, Black Pork Ham.
ABV: 14% Vol.
